A lmex.smartfare handles everything from driver-operated ticket sales to the check-in / check-out system, ISO 14443a/ b, ISO 15693 or logic cards and software or security module encrypted transaction data. It is based on Windows CE .NET and can be modified to accommodate any tariff, backoffice system and vehicle interface. Data can be synchronised using either the integrated WLAN or through a connection to the wired on-board network.
